I sort of told him that I like him through texting. I wasn't clear, I didn't say "I like you" but I am pretty sure he understood that I have feelings for him. He thought it was a joke until he realized it was true because I ignored him in person, he then texted me saying he had no clue that I felt that way because I never seemed to care much through our dating. He didn't say that he felt the same way and he didn't say that he does not feel that way. I'm letting him go I suppose but I just wonder what it could mean? He didn't actually say anything..

Just ask him "do you have any sort of feelings for me or no?"

If he doesn't feel the same way, at least by then you can figure out how to distant yourself if you need to.

Yes he was surprised he thought it was a joke but he could at least show any type of interest or tell me he does not feel the same. I don't get it.
