My guy friend got me flowers?

I have this guy friend who is really sweet and nice. We are both co-workers and we have the same hang out friends. We flirt sometimes and get along really well. Sometimes he throws things in like sharing an office space together and stuff. We have become real good friends. Two weeks ago I went to Mexico to get some medical treatments done. We talked off and on the whole week on Ichat. I told him I was going to probably come to our staff meeting this morning on monday. He texts me on that thursday morning and asks me if I was going to staff and I told him I was and he responded with "Yay! see you in a few." then about 10 min he came up to my office with flowers in his hand for me (really pretty purple daisies) and he gave them to me and we hugged and chatted a little bit. It was extremely sweet, but is that more then just get well flowers? or is he just a nice guy? no one else got me flowers or even a card. what do you think? while I was gone he asked my best friend when I will be back.

Since then we have hung out almost everyday if not we have talked on Ichat. Our friendship has changed so much within the past month. It's weird, but I am very happy about it.
