I Had Sex With My Best Friend..Feeling Guilty?

I have a best friend for 3 years and she's a girl (the one I mentioned in my previous question) she's a good girl and I like her a lot  and I think she is beautiful and I am really attracted to her and I do want to be with her more than a friend and her boyfriend, or now ex boyfriend broke up with her for the fourth time and she was hurt about it.really hurt.she called me crying one night. I told her everything was for the better and a complete jerk. I went to see her because she was home alone. She didn't even talk about him or even mention him. We watched a movie but we ended up having sex. It was so passionate, and I enjoyed it. I told her that if she didint want to talk to me then I would understand but she said I did nothing wrong and she enjoyed it as well. I feel so guilty because she just go hurt and I don't want to make things worse. Was I wrong in having sex with her? Even when she says it wasnt wrong?

First off, you had good intentions. You seem like a pretty caring guy. I've seen a lot girls have this happen, where they have sex to try and forget something else, but it only adds more problems I think. It doesn't sound like you manipulated her into having sex, is my point.

The fact you feel so guilty is testament to how much you really care about her. Have you told her how you feel about her?

Also, all I can see you doing to help alleviate the pain is to see her, go to your knees, and apologize profusely for what you did and tell her why you think what you did was wrong, and how much it hurts you, and that even if she's okay with it you know you shouldn't have done that right after she had a fight with her girlfriend. You've got to get it all out. Most guys have trouble resisting the kind of situation you were in, so separate yourself from the scum!

You've got to bear your heart and soul to her about how you feel about it all (you don't have to say you like her), and even if she says, "it's okay, I don't mind, it's fine." You will at least know you told the truth and tried. It sounds more epic than it really is, lol. Just be yourself, be honest, and the pain will die out.

Also, you can also swear to never do something like that again and use this experience as something to learn from.

As a girl who fell for her bestfriend and fell in the same boat as you

(sex) . I would think that unless she brings up the"fling" LET IT GO. She obviously enjoyed it and doesn't feel resentement towards it. If she says nothing, but acts upset about it, then I would have a meaningful conversation with her. It means a lot to girl when a guy can truly empathize with her, it shows how much you care. No, you weren't wrong for having sex with her.she clearly trusted you and felt comfortable enough to have sex with you.

No not at all, you both had fun and it brought her joy. I would be careful though, friendships are really intimate and your likely to fall for her while she’s still in love with her ex. I’d proceed with caution.
