I don't understand my ex boyfriend.

Yeah this kinda happened with me except I really do have a boyfriend haha

I talked to my ex for like a month after we broke up but we stopped altogether because I got pretty depressed over him and I think I scared him off. 4 months later I got my current boyfriend who I've been with for almost 4 months and he has started talking to me again.

I think its one of those things where, once they see that you have moved on and are living without them they try to kinda come back and see get the scoop on your life since you were with them. Maybe he is interested again now that you're not availible, maybe he's not.

either way I would try to distance myself from him again. I am a firm believer that you shouldn't get back with an ex because something between the two of you happened and there is a reason you broke up...

Sounds like you picked a player who is good at playing the game. What he did to you he is probably going to do with his current girlfriend when they break up. He tells girls what they wanna hear. He keeps a girl friend and his side girls. He probably knows you still like him so try not showing him that you care as much or he may go back to you when he is done with this one. I would stay away until you get over him

Wow I know how this feels. I have an ex who does the same thing to me. He only talks to me at night when he is home from being out with his new gf. He says he doesn't care about me like that, yet he acts like he does. The only thing I can think of is He still cares but is fighting it, for whatever reason.
