Maybe, he could just want to be friends. I don't know if that's the case though. You don't see him at all, so it is a little weird being out of the blue and all. If you're interested talk/flirt with him and if he returns it then, bam! If not, don't worry about it, just sorta ignore him in a respectful way and he should realize his luck has run dry and should stop.
Not Technically Wanna Date. Just Means He Likes You. Or Just Wants To be Friends. He Might Like Like You But If You Ask Him Out And He says No. It Might Just Means His Not Ready To Commit To Something. He Most Likely Likes You For Your Body. He Might Only Want Sex. But Just Ask Him Out. And If He Says No Ull Know Then.
It's possible he wants to date you. If you're interested in him, try talking to him again. If he's interested, it should be fairly obvious!
