How do I make a guy come to visit me?

I like this guy who leave like an hour away from where I live. I want to see him so badly, but I don't know how to ask him to come visit me. One time he was this close to visit me because he wanted to go on a date with me, but at the end couldn't. I just wanna see him and talk to him, so what could I say to him?

I know is a long drive, but I just wanna give it a try.
