What does it mean when guys say, "whatever you want"?

I started to fall for this guy I met, and I told him I have been hurt before by previous relationships and I don't want to get hurt. And I asked him if there is an us/ what are we?... he replied, I don't know, I don't want to make a decision, its up to you... We've been seeing each other for a a month now and we even slept together... but why doesn't he want to be with me? and what does his answer mean? I told him I liked him a lot and he replied, I am happy, lucky, flattered, and blessed... what does that mean? does he have feeling for me? or is this all to just get into my pants?... and now a days he has been "busier" at work, and is calling me less... I'm thinking, is there another girl?... I am so confused...
