What's the truth about men and touching you?

I know this guy who always touches me in one way or another. Started as a friendly bump to my shoulder to say hi, then a rub to my shoulder, then quick pat on my back, then lingering touch to the middle of my back when he sees me. Now he tweeks my stomach quickly when he is joking with me. Add this to me catching him staring at me a lot, complimenting me A LOT, making up cute nicknames for me and smiling as bright as the sun when he sees me. He admitted to me that he told his guy friends how hot he thinks I am and that his buddies told him they agree. Do guys talk with their buddies about women they don't like?

Do men ever act like this when they aren't interested in a girl or is this stuff a sure shot sign he likes me? He hasn't come right out and told me he likes me so...I don't want to tell him I like him unless I am SURE I am reading his signals right. I think he's into me!? Guys what do you think?

Thanks guys! I just can't get him or the stuff he does to me out of my head! Maybe that's his plan :)

My head is definitely spinning and it's all I think about 24/7. I just don't want to spill my guts to him about my feelings for him only to realize that I was reading into all of this and he was just being friendly.

It's nice to have a guys perspective on it.

Ok, I saw him last night and he was Mr charming as usual, complimented me, smiles, deep looks into my eyes. Then he asked me what my plans were for the weekend, if I had anything fun to do. Told me he was going to a party and if I liked this place they were going to. Seemed like he was feeling me out for a date. He didn't come out and ask me out but man he seemed close. What's his problem? Should I ask him out or wait on him to get the guts?

Oh and another thing, he sat facing me with his legs WIDE open for a LONG time. What does this mean?

He likes you, straight up. Yes we talk about women we don't like to our buds, but we will mention the one we actually like even more. He told you he thinks your'e hot, he gives you cute nicknames, and he finds reasons to touch you, there's no doubt in my mind that he likes you.

  So, how do I spill it? How do I bring it up and not look desperate or too forward. Do you think he wants me to bring it up, is he trying to get me to admit to liking him or do guys want to be the one to initiate things? Do I just let it keep rolling as it is?

I think he's very much into you, guys usually don't touch, talk positive about to our buddies, or stare at women unless they are into them. And we definitely don't give "cute" nicknames to women that we aren't into, we only do that to women we want, I mean really want!

  That's what I am gathering from this as well. He also told me that he LOVES and craves women with curves and I am very curvy (athletic & toned). LOL I guess I am reading it right. You just never know.

  So why won't he come right out and tell me that he likes me? Why the hinting around? The mind games are driving me CRAZY. Thrill of the chase for him? I think he has it REALLY bad for me just by looking at his face but that's just my 2 cents. Why won't he fess up?

He likes you. If he thinks you're hot and finds ways to touch you all the time, he likes you. Personally I wouldn't ever do all those things you mentioned to a girl I wasn't interested in.

  I have been reluctant to enter the touchy game because I know where it will lead and I want to be sure of his intentions before I become a FWB. I kind of know deep down where it will lead but just not sure I want to do that this early in the game. Need to leave something to do for later, if you know what I mean.
