Any type of 'miracle cure' quick fix approach you take to weight loss is more than likely to have effects that 'miraculously' stop working, and the weight will return. With that said, many of the people here have provided good ways of safely and healthily approaching weight loss.
The main thing to keep in mind with losing weight is that hen you want to slim down and lose weight, get your body in a more fit condition and be more healthy over all, this isn't a temporary choice, but a lifetime choice. That doesn't mean you always have to eat next to nothing and spend countless hours on the treadmill.
But, once you start taking care of your body, you have to keep taking care of your body or you'll start showing signs of letting yourself go. Its the same idea of trimming a shrub or mowing your lawn. You can't mow your lawn and weed it once and expect it to remain tidy.
Getting an outrageously unsightly lawn under control and looking nice and tidy is a large amount of work up front, but once you have it there, its not terribly hard to maintain with continual menial upkeep.
Do the 3 hour diet, you can lose up to 10 pounds in two weeks, it works trust me, I used to weight 300+, and I went on the diet and I've lost a lot of weight
For me, you just eat less and the weight comes off. My question to you, is do you know how to gain weight quickly? You have the opposite problem that I do.

Losing weight is a combo of exercise and eating!! Maybe you got a good friend who can jog with you everyday for like 2 miles around a park or around the area where you live. I feel good when I run lots It makes me feel oh so powerful and fit which is always a plus! Hopefully you'll feel the same way. Then there's eating. When you feel the urge to have sweets get a banana! lot less sugar and to be funny you can always make yourself throw up! That's an intresting way to get skinny!! =) Good luck!
You can lose weight fairly quickly and healthily by cutting your caloric intake and increasing the amount of activity you do in a day. Be sure to take a multi-vitamin and drink plenty of water (8 glasses a day or more!) especially after working out. It is a good idea to switch between cardio-type exercises like jogging, yoga or biking, and strength-training exercises like weight-lifting. I'm in the process of losing weight as well, and this sort of routine has been helpful for me. Good luck!
Well... it's better to lose the weight slowly. If you lose it fast you will put it all back on again. I guarantee if you eat 1,200 calories a day you will lose weight. I did this and lost 65lbs in about 10 months and haven't put any weight on.. By doing this you eat less food which shrinks your stomach.. when it starts to shrink overtime you will end up eating less after you are done dieting.. Because I've been dieting for 10 months I'm taking a break right now and have been for about 3 months... I find that I eat less than I used to and my weight is staying the same its not going up or down. Do NOT avoice fast food... you can still go to fridays and order that cheeseburger and fries you can still go to mcdonalds and order 3 whoppers and 4 bigmacs at 1 in the morning with your bestfriends but only try to do it once or twice a month. If you really want to lose it a little faster I suggest smartones food. They sell in the grocery store for about $2 each and you can get meals and deserts and keep tract of your calories with thoes! :) Good luck!!!!
