so yeah here's the deal I'm 5' 2" 1/2", big boned, and now 193lbs, I know, I'm a cow. The thing is is that about year ago I was 146, I need to lose weight but I don't know what to do, I'm always moving around, etc. but I need to lose weight, I'm getting freaked out by how fast I'm gaining (part of the reason I gained was I quit some sports I was doing because of money reasons). what should I do?

Also, I do go outside a walk run a lot, I'm talking for like anywhere from 1 to 3 hours a day.

Also, I know part of the weight is muscle, I took a weight training class, and I'm a lot stronger, for example, when I first started I could only dead lift 135 lbs and by the end of the semester I could dead lift about 270.
