The way you are eating is NOT healthy at all. You are going to get yourself sick. Please don't do this diet. The way to lose weight is to exercise at least.at LEAST 3-4 days a week. Eat better meals please. Stemed veggies (or even raw veggies) with steamed salmon is healthy, a tuna salad (easy on the salad dressing) is healthy. The way you are eating you are damaging your body as it's not getting the nutrients it needs. When you exercise do at least 45 minutes of cardio and do some light weight lifting every other exercise session. Switch up your exercises (ellipticals, swimming, running, hiking, biking) etc. Keep your heart rate up. You cannot exercise if you are dieting the way you are. You need to have a balanced diet in order to keep fit. Being skinny is not necessarily healthy if you aren't feeding yourself.
well obviously you would be because that's not healthy at all and just to add for you to keep weight off you have to make a life style change as in eating your 3 meals a day that are healthy and excercise and a little indugence now and then cause what your doing will only make you put more weight on once you stop
i know we all want fast results but fast results don't last long sadly, I've been there done the hole eat f*** all thing and it just ruins everything
just eat healthy and excercise
You need to read up on changing your lifestyle. Become knowledgeable about foods, diet and nutrition. What you are eating and what you are not eating is not healthy.
Focus on becoming healthy and the body will follow.
