Update: I hope you all know that I'm talken about the lemonade without sugar.Im talken about the one with maple syrup,and that pepper stuff.no sugar.

Still. It's stupid! Do something healthy not stupid. If you really want to do something stupid that'll loose wieght, cut off your stomache. Now if you want to do something HEALTHY for your body, won't push your ph levels off that charts and possibly kill you more painfully than cutting off your stomach then do what the smart people here say. EAT HEALTHY. Exercise, yeah, it won't make you drop fifty pounds in twenty seconds, but you'll loose weight, keep it off and acctualy do it in a healthy way.
why do you need to lose wieght? and plus lemonade is just a mixture of basically water and flavored sugar. not exactly what I'd call healthy. I love lemonade but I wouldn't give up food and drink it 24/7.
No! That's a VERY bad idea. Stick with a healthy diet (3 meals a day, consisting of fruits, vegetables and a low fat meat) And exercise daily, it's a fast and healthier way to loose wait and become more healthy through out. Drinking a lot of water, not lemonade, is a good way to get rid of all the waste in your body and thus cutting down on unnecessary weight, you're going to use the bathroom a lot, but it will clear your body of any exes minerals and just plain waste products in your body. It may seem like a lot, but 1 gallon everyday (drank through out the day, not at one sitting) is a good way to start. Oh and cutting pop out is a good way to loose about ten pounds in a few weeks.
No bad chocie. you want to eat somthing heathy, exercie, lots and a lot of water. Not lemonade, and I will say this no matter what you do your not going to lose weight fast it take's time. If you do all three of the things I listed or what others listed you can lost weight in a few months depending on how much you are trying to lose.
A diet consists of a lot more than just sticking to one food/drink. :\ You have to exercise and eat small portions of healthy, balanced food. And drinking water would be much better than drinking lemonade.
I think it's terrible. If you want to lose weight do this:
1) Eat a healthy balanced diet. Lots of veggies and chicken/fish/turkey (lean meat) 2) Eat 5 small meals throughout the day 3) Exercise 5 days a week at least 4 4) Mix up the workouts with cardio using the bike/runnin/eliptical/treadmills etc (30 minutes minimum) 5) Do weight lifting every other day 6) Drink a lot of water 7) Cut back on sugar and salt
The lemonade diet is not good. Lemonade is full of sugar which really packs on pounds. Not only that but you will put your body in panic mode which will conserve the fat and will lower your metabolism so you won't burn as many calories. The quick fix is not the way to go.
