Not that I'm a big person (Right now I'm 5'5 and like 125 pounds) and I'm still relatively comfortable with my figure but I'd like to start working on losing that extra 5 that I've put on and I'd like to really tone my body.
I don't have the money for a personal trainer or a gym membership and I was wondering if anyone had some good suggestions for exercises and/or anything else that would help me shed the extra pounds and tone up in a healthy and efficient way?
