I am in recovery for an Eating Disorder right now. I'm 5'10" and 135 lbs. (Up 15 lbs from where I was.) Some of my friends think I'm still on the skinny side. I, of course, see myself as average, if not a little chubby. Does my height work with that weight, or not?
Update: Okay good... just so long as I'm not too skinny, I guess my friends should shut up. Thanks.

You're not chubby. You sound like a female version of myself. I'm 5'11" and 135-140 depending on the day. I'm pretty skinny. I actually wish I weighed a little bit more, but overall I like my build pretty well. You're at a good weight, if maybe just put on a little more. :)
According to the Body Mass Index, that would make you on the very low end of the "normal weight". It wouldn't hurt if you gained a little bit more weight, I think.
You're skinny. I don't know if you're TOO SKINNY but you are skinny, not average and definitely not a little chubby. 130 pounds on a 5'10 frame is not a lot of weight, I don't know how you think you're chubby!
some friends who are a tad overweight or chubbier than you will pick on you for it. I am in the same position. 120 lbs and 5'7 and my friends sometimes ask if I'm anorexic lol! I am far from it. I am fine. chekc always on a BMI calculater on line on google or some health food store site, it helps
I can't give you a good answer unless I knew your body type. In some cases that would be too skinny - like with an hour glass or pear figure paired with your height (normally). But if you are rectangle or triangle shaped, than it would be okay I guess. It would also depend if you had muscle. Muscle is more dense than fat and so if you aren't just skin and bones you should weigh more. If that is your body type - lithe with little muscle - it should be okay. Gaining another 5 would not be amiss though for any body type based on your height, especially if it is muscle.
