What are mammograms like?

Hmm, that's a good question. Never had one myself, but then again, pretty sure women don't have to get a mammogram until after they are like 40 or something, when we become more at risk.

I think they are pretty easy process though. My mom gets one every year or something like that and my dad has never gone with her. It's like going to get a pap smear, no need to have a guy there holding your hand.

And as for at home self breast exam, doctors recommend you do it monthly. I'm not sure you doing it for your girlfriend/wife would be the most effective, since we women know more about our own bodies than you do. But it's always a thought to ask.
