your legs are absolutely fine darlin. and that girl who said 3 stone over weight don't listen to that at all speaking as someone who is surrounded by weight loss , eating disorders and weight gain and has been through it all .physically you look about a stone over weight which is 14lbs you do not have to starve yourself or anything all you really need to do is tone your stomach up
you DONT have love handles and you have really good legs your stomach just needs to be a little more tonned and tada you will be even more fabalous than you already are
i bought the wii fit and god it helps so much tells you your bmi and has all you need to tone up so try get one if not just eat your breakfast, lunch, dinner, no fizzy drinks ( bloats stomach) dont deprive yourself of food or treats cause that never ends up good

Speaking as a guy who likes slim girls, I'd say that you only need to lose about 15lbs. Your proportions are pretty good, so don't worry it, just cut down your diet a bit and try to get some light exercise.
hazeleyes91 is right.the most important thing to focus on is your bmi. Given the pictures, it seems like you would do good to lose 10 pounds to get to a more ideal healthy weight. If you wanted to get legitimately skinny (which isn't necessarily more attractive) you'd probably be looking at 15-17 pounds to lose.
With the right nutrition and exercise, you can lose that kind of weight in 2 months or so without a problem. Good luck!
Regardless of what other people tell you this is the basic idea. If you think you need to lose a little weight then do it, if your happy the way you are then stay that way. This goes for is your 100 lbs or 300lbs. If your happy who cares what other people think!
Maybe like 10 pounds. Well your body is fine but you might want to tone up. That's if you want to be "perfect", you already look great. Some girls wish they looked that good - don't be embarrassed!
i have seen bigger people- I would say around 2-3 stone overweight perhaps a bit more. you look quite toned though which means you prob work out which is a good start. I'm on a diet too at the mo. well I say diet but it's not a diet- it's a change of life how I view, food, eat it etc. you need to get out of the habit of saying your on a diet- you need to say I'm reinventing how I eat food. take it in small easy steps. I find writing in a notepad how I will think and feel once I'm at my target weight really helps. my favorite is visualizing myself walking into a bar and everyone staring at me as they notice my slim attractive figure. if you have a day where you eat too much don't give up just say to yourself I had a little glitch yest or whenever but I'm ready to put that behind me and be do better today. don't starve yourself, have treats occasionally and do go to a slimming club. most importantly DO THIS FOR YOURSELF- I ask myself sometimes whether I am, whether I can be bothered, but this is only when it gets hard-which it will do and yes you will be hungry quite a lot of the time but you have to keep reminding yourself wherever whenever possible why your doing it--how it will make you feel--visualize pleasant scenarios in great detail-write downs times when you felt fat and every time you feel like giving up read it! feel your body at work, take photos of it of the parts you don't like, go to the mirror even at work and if quiet ,look at you bum etc in the mirror-yes semi-naked- feel your belly at your desk.YOU DO NEED TO BE CONSCIOUSLY AWARE OF YOUR BODY AND WHAT YOU EAT ALL THE TIME AND EVEN WANTS YOU LOOSE WEIGHT --THIS IS A PAIN BUT IT IS THE ONLY WAY. also cut out drawings of the bodies you inspire to be like i.e. paris hilton etc and put them in your sketch book. keep this sketch book with you at all times and if feel like giving up make a grab for it and add to it again and again why your doing it-- don't lie to yourself and pretend it's easy it's not all the time--but it does get easier and soon it will become habit. you can do it!
Yeah 2 to 3 stone over weight she only looks a size 10 or 12 so if she lost 2-3 stone she would be a size 6 or that ! yeah your entitled to your opinon defo but I just disagree massively because in my eyes and most other peoples on here she only needs to lose a stone but yes you are entiletld to your opinion so - 4 months ago

I used to be anorexic when I was 14, and I have been surrounded with eating disorders etc my whole life too, my friends etc. I do not think she is a size 12, more like a 16, but I suppose photos do make people look bigger. perhaps I did not make myself clear- when I talk about weight I (saying loose 2-3 stone) I mean for that someone to reach their ideal weight- which is a lot different to someone who needs a to loose weight to get into the healthy weight zone. the ideal weight is a bang in the - 4 months ago

Middle of the healthy weight range i.e for me this is just under 9 stone as I'm just under 5ft 3in as you see by going to this page link. i'm 9st 10llbs at the mo, I'm I going to reach my ideal (professional opinion) weight yes and obviously make sure my fat percentage is healthy. no one can argue if you know your in the middle and it's a professional opinion. - 4 months ago
id say ten pounds. to be honest, all you really need to do is tone your stomach. your legs look fine, and your body is not nearly as terrible as you probably think. good luck, eat healthy, and you'll be looking great in no time =]
You don't look terrible or anything. I hope you realize that. Still you could stand to lose a little, but it's not like you've got some six-month task in front of you. I'd say if you lost 20-25 pounds, depending on how tall you are, you'd look pretty damn good. And that's so totally doable. You lose a pound a week for four months and you're basically there. So don't fret. You really don't look bad now and without too much effort you can look great.
Heeey no bother! You SHOULD be happy with the way you look cos, the honest truth, you're not as bad as you think!
If you really want to lose weight, and it'll make you feel better, then really you don't need to lose much.
Just start eating healthier, begin playing a sport or join the gym, and then nature will take it's course and you'll become slimmer before you know it!
(Also, a friendly tip, stick with the support your push-up bra gives you. Your boobs look UNBELIEVABLY better!)
