    hey don't listen to these other clowns... Slim fast has help millions of people lose weight. You replace 2 out of 3 meals with them. this is how you can do it. (drink plenty of water)

    1. (Breakfast) Drink a shake for breakfast
    2. (Snack 1) Eat a piece of fruit, with a granoa bar for a snack
    3. (Lunch) Have another shake for lunch
    4. (Snack 2) Have a another snack of choice, (a peice of fruit, yogurt)
    5.(Dinner) Have a sensible dinner.(salad, lean meat of choice, sweet potato)
    6. (Snack 3) Before you go to sleep have a another small snack.

    thats the plan for the slim fast. it takes the pain of counting calories... Here check this link out for yourself.

      Little girl.. Slim fast has nutritional value. Its has vitamins and minerals in each can. also slim fast is 190 calories, with 10 grams of protein...

      Will eat less calories and still be full. That being said you can eat weight watcher meals for less calories than slim fast and again will fill you up. Therefore slim fast is stupid in my opinion, which I am entitled to.

      Again, as soon as you start to eat normal again you will gain all the weight back. You have to train yourself to make better choices and eat healthier or else you won't lose weight. Also, why wouldn't you just eat a turkey sandwich and a apple for lunch as opposed to a shake that has no nutritonal value and you will still be hungry? The point I was makeing is a bowl of sepcial k is 170 calories with skim milk and a turkey sandwich for lunch and a apple is about 300 therefore eating this way you

      Thats bs... why in the hell did you ask what is the slim-fast diet. I told you Slim fast has helped many people.. If you want want to lose weight, it takes the counting calories out of eating..You still eat solid food. you just make better choices and serving sizes. Those people that did it that way the only drink shakes all day long. you have to eat other solid food DUH. don task a question if you don't want the truth. If you went to that link that I sent you could see the truth behind my reasons

    Please avoid that diet. It is a cheap alternative to better diets. Your best bet is to eat healthy, exercise, and have dedication.

    Drink lots of water,
    don't starve,
    say no to fatty foods,
    make breakfast an essential part of your diet, and
    have a lighter dinner
    and you should be alright.

    it's like protein and carbs and a few vitamins idk. my friend didn't lose much on that plan. I tried the special k too it didn't work lol! um just exercise, eat but not too much, drink lots of water and build / tone muscle.

    Slim Fast diet SUCKS. I went on it and lost 2 pounds a week - which is really good - but I was STARVING. seriously, I was so hungry during the day it was ridiculous. drinking a can of milkshake is not a meal. I stuck with it for about a month, but it was making me get headaches and having me ready to pass out. I would not recommend it.

    i would recommend a plan that made me lose 30 + pounds - it's called lifestyle change. making better food choices (water instead of soda, cold cut sandwich or the cheesesteak, etc). best thing I ever did was stop dieting and start living. I exercise daily (at least walking for 20-30 mins). it does wonders and I feel a lot happier :)

    CRAP. This is why. Those cans contain like 300 calories each. You could eat a bowl of Special k and skim milk and a piece of fruit for like 200 calories for breakfast. A light salad and sandwich and wheat for lunch for around the same amount of calories. When you drink your food you body doesn't register it is eating and basically liquid is empty calories. When you chew it helps your body to register that is getting food and that is what helps you feel full. Liquid calories are empty calories. Also those drinks contain sugars and other crap. Take vitamins and keep you breakfast/lunch around 300 calories each and you will be in good shape!

      Again, I don't understand how you don't get that it is better to eat a 300 calorie chicken salad than drink a 300 calorie can of sugar water with low nutritonal content. Explain to me what you don't get about that concept? Also once you start to eat normal again you put all the weight back on.

      DO RESERCH. You screw up you metabolism when you deprive your body of calories first off and chewing food sends a message from your brain to your stomach that you are eating. When you drink your calories your brain doesn't send that message so your always starving. What the hell are you talking about, don't comment about things you know nothing about.

    The slim diet plan is made to loose weight using the shakes and bars as meal replacements or snacks. I"m not recommend this diet because it can be dangerous. I have a friend who used it and she become so sick that almost die. The doctor said that the diet with slim fast was the cause.

    Slim-fast is more than a line of diet shakes,the slim-fast plan involves six small meals/snacks every day. You are advised to use slim-fast products for two meals and one snack daily.

    it's a meal replacement plan. you replace 2 out of 3 of your daily meals with a slimfast shake. the slimfast is INSTEAD of your regular meal, on in addition to. the plan also allows 2 slimfast snacks, which are little snack bars. the plan works if you follow it strictly, but it's very hard to do.
