hey don't listen to these other clowns... Slim fast has help millions of people lose weight. You replace 2 out of 3 meals with them. this is how you can do it. (drink plenty of water)
1. (Breakfast) Drink a shake for breakfast
2. (Snack 1) Eat a piece of fruit, with a granoa bar for a snack
3. (Lunch) Have another shake for lunch
4. (Snack 2) Have a another snack of choice, (a peice of fruit, yogurt)
5.(Dinner) Have a sensible dinner.(salad, lean meat of choice, sweet potato)
6. (Snack 3) Before you go to sleep have a another small snack.
