Untoned Stomach - Bikini or No?

Guys, what is the cut off for women in bikinis that don't have a flat/toned stomach? I work out, run, and try to eat right, yet no matter what I do my stomach refuses to tone up. I am fine with the rest of my body, but I feel like the stomach is one of the top things guys look at when a girl wears a swimsuit. Is some fat under the belly button okay (think baby fat that won't go away)?

I am going on a spring break trip and feel that I will be compared to other women who have toned stomach and I don't...

Any workout moves or types of food to avoid that will help? thanks =)
