I don't think a little "baby" fat on the tummy makes a girl look gross in a bikini, & if you keep up what you're doing that baby fat will turn into healthy weight ion the right places! I'll tell you something that helped me & my BFF lose weight & tone up. We did it in the pool, but I bet it will work on land. I got a 48 inch beach ball, which comes almost to my waist blown up, & if you blow it up as hard as possible without popping & just hold it for a minute you'll feel it getting HEAVY! We'd play volleyball with it, & just hitting it & going after it if we missed had us to where before we knew it, our friends & family were like, WHOA, you're losing WEIGHT! Also, the heavyness keeps the wind from blowing it all over creation like a normal size beach ball tends to do. I never FEEL like I worked out afterward, & it's LOADS of fun, but it WORKS...
I don't think guys care too much whether the stomach is toned.
That's something you might care about, which will in turn affect your self confidence, but it's not something that guys would generally give a crap about.

Hmm... It depends... Could you link to a similar pic? ( And there are other things guys like too, are your legs toned? Bc that really helps the whole bikini look.)
I'll be frank here...
...guys (as in the not-super-douchy ones) are A LOT more critical about this stuff than guys are.
My advice is to wear what make you feel good. :)
divert attention from your belly area by not shaving your legs)))))

wear what you want. screw other people's opinions
try a low fat diet.
just be confident.
Def wear a bikini.
