I would simply just try to stay away from her, and have as little contact with her as possible even if you are friends. The more you talk to her and the more time you spend with her, the more feelings you will develop for her.
Try to start meeting other girls and hopefully one will get your mind off of this guy's sister. I think it is very respectful for you though to refuse to date his sister even though you are into her as many guys would still do it regardless.
I feel like guy code doesn't extend all the way to brother's friend's sisters. That's three relations away from you. It won't wreck your brother's relationship with his friend unless you do something awful to her, so if you have no intentions of doing so then it's fair to say that you're in the clear.

Lol I straight up walked to my friend and told him his sister's hot and he's like "go for it just don't f*** her over", even though he knows I wouldnt. Just talk to him, if he has a good image of your I'm sure he'd rather his sister dated you than some random.
That's a pretty big leap, I don't think there would be much of a problem there, I would talk to your friend and see what he thinks.
the code really only applies to your own friends and even then it's not always a problem.
