How do I stop feeling like I owe him something?

I get treated very badly by people on a regular basis, and so when a guy flirts with me even though I sense he doesn't have good intentions I feel like I owe him something for being nice to me, for taking the time and energy to make me feel special, even though I know he only wants sex. I know this is wrong, so I do I stop feeling this way?

First, whoever treats you poorly is not worth anything. There is no reason to treat anyone as less than you less than your equal. This makes me so mad. 😡 Come hang out with me any time.

Second, You don't owe anyone anything. Especially if you think or know they are being nice to you because they want something.

You start to take pride in yourself and start to stand up to people that treat you badly. I used to be a pushover too so I understand. Yeah on the guy thing lol, I think you should look at it as though damn near every guy is going to be that way. Seems like everyone is getting what they want, so about time you start trying to do the same..

I have not actually slept with them, I am not as receptive to them when they are flirting with me as a way of showing that I am not that kind of girl, but I feel bad for not being nicer to them later.

What I was saying is that you need to stop feeling bad and start only responding to guys that want more and also start looking for other ones that want what you want..
