I thought the limit is 2 has it changed how many can you ask

Yes, users can now ask more questions.

Xper levels 1-3 can ask 2 questions every 24 hours.

Xper levels 4+ can ask 4 questions every 24 hours.

You can ask 4 questions per 24hrs since you're over Level4. If you were under 4 you could only ask 2 per 24hrs.
