Is a smaller waist and bigger hips attractive/hot?

Is having a smaller waist with bigger hips attractive/hot? (as in there is a pretty notable difference in size)

I mean in general, it doesn't matter what size girl it is in this since a smaller girl could have big hips and a small waist as well as a bigger girl.

I think the appearance of definable curves is attractive to most people, I'm straight and sometimes I have to look twice if a girl has a gorgeous hourglass figure...it just is attractive to look at whether they're petite or bigger

Of course it is. But for me the hips have to be exceptionally close to her breast size. For me to like a girls body, no homo. Somwthing like 34-25-38 something like that

Yep, it also has a biological reason... guys are generally more attracted to girls with wider hips because it means they're a biologically suitable partner for bearing a child.

Guys are attracted to women with wider hips only in certain cultures and regions, but not because of the reasons you listed. In European countries guys are usually into the slim blonde bimbo look. Its dependent on culture, not biology.

Most women have a narrower waist than their hips/thighs unless they are super slender or extremely big. So, yes, as long as it's not tiny waist and humungous ass.
