She says she misses us hanging out?

So I know this girl for a while now and we got along well. We would have conversations and I asked her on dates but she always ends up cancelling because she was busy (it's not an excuse, I know this). But she told people when they asked her if she liked me, she said no and wants to be friends. She doesn't want people to tell me because she doesn't want to let me down, but I overheard everything and my friends told me anyway. I decided walk away and be distant. She noticed. After a month of this, I ended up texting her to say hey and we had a conversation. She said she really liked us talking and misses us hanging out. So I took the opportunity and asked her if she wanted to hang out in the summer (since it's in a few weeks). I planned an idea but not a specific time but she said that we should. So guys, after reconnecting with her, do you think I have another chance and what should I do? Thanks.
