Haha, it happens.. it's a natural body function, they fart too. It's actually a proven fact that females fart, but I know many females try to deny that we do. ;) lol Just laugh it off, it's one of them embarrassing moments that will haunt you for awhile. When I moved in with my boyfriend, I had never farted infront of him before, and one day I decided i'd do a sexy strip tease thing for him, and I acted like I "accidentally" dropped something so I could bend down to pick it up, and when I bent down, I farted so bad.. and it was loud and manly fart too. It was so sudden, I didn't expect it ever. I was so embarrassed hahahah, but I learned that I just had to laugh it off and act like it was nothing.

You don't have to do anything about it. My group of friends would have gently teased you as well, but it's really not a big deal and wouldn't change what we think of you. Shit happens, especially when you're drinking.
I've mentioned this before in another post, but I actually farted one time while my gf was giving me a bj. I was really embarrassed and we both laughed about it for a few minutes. If she can get past that, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
An accidental fart is just one of life's "oops" moments. We all tend to laugh off "oops" moments that are not serious but have suddenly made their presence known from knocking over a glass of liquid to mistakenly walking into the wrong restroom. Those moments can be highly embarrassing but people will joke or laugh then move on. No biggie.

Hey, it's nothing to feel embarrassed about. Happened to me a few times. But not just me. It happens to everyone every once in a while. I guarantee they've experienced a moment like this many times. And they will experience more of them. So relax. Just laugh it off. It's the best way to let it go.
Lmfao this is so ironic because my sister was on the top bunk skyping her "friend" and I forgot about it and farted loudly and he asked my sister while she started cracking up if she farted! Hahahahaha, I started cracking up as well but all I could say was "WHO CARES! ITS HUMAN NATURE" xD hahahah
Farting is a moment thing and if they make fun of it, it will also pretty much stay a moment thing. Unless they are very immature and keep nagging you about it, my advice would be to stay away from such guys and unfriend them.
Like they have never farted either :P It's no biggie (even if it seems to you) and yes, they will see past it. It really shouldn't influence how they see you at all and therefor you don't have to worry about it. Everyone does it!
If they are past the age of 5, then they will see past it, otherwise, they are a lost cause. I don't think I have ever made fun of or made a remark ever about someone passing gas. I guess I have always been mature in that respect.
