I wanted to create a MyTake to mark my 3rd year here because well, you just never know how many more blocks of 3 years you're going to spend on here haha, and because I feel it's been long enough to give myself a little bit of credit. However, what I've achieved here as a member doesn't come close to WHO I've achieved along the way. I know it's all cheesy, but I have never taken a good, long moment for the community collectively, so here is that moment. 💖
Thank you to the people who welcomed me here on my first day of joining.💖 I will never forget that day and how at home I was made to feel. Since that day, GaG has been my virtual home, high school, college, lounge and bar, and I'm unashamed to say it haha :D . I have a beautiful life outside of GaG, but the people here are great. We all made a good decision coming here. No, I wasn't paid to say that. :P
Thank you to the people who encouraged and inspired me to speak my mind without being afraid to do so. 💖At one point, I was that person. I had so much to say, but I didn't have the courage to match, and this community slowly taught me that. I'm still learning to balance my boldness with my kindness, but I will get there eventually, I know it. You can build thick skin here, or you can let the online hate break you. I hope you can experience the liberty of having a voice with no fear of judgment.
Thank you to every person who saw and sees me as "just" a profile picture, just a bitch, just a fake, just an insecure person, just an attention seeker, just a slut, just meeting a quota, and just the rest of it. I mean it.💖 People like you are the reason I have the strength I do, and I will never stop. I'll keep goin' to the top. I am falling in love with my inner lioness. Rawr.✌🏽

You know EXACTLY who you are. Don't doubt how much you mean to me, even if we have our rough patches. I don't take GaG too seriously, but I take my friendships here very seriously.

Lastly, I wanted to sum up some of my achievements that I am SO happy/thankful for.
- Banana Sensei is heading into 90k XP WHAAA? :P #hollaatyagirl
- I got to become a guy for a day which was AMAZINGGFDFD
- I was given resp....ons...ibility? Tehe jokes I like being a mod.
- I became an editor! Easily my favourite. I like to write a lot. Can you tell?
- I have redeemed $220 worth of amazon gift cards... so far!
- Made it to top 3 girls and top 10 of all time.
- Some people think of ME when they think of Australia! no pressure! 🐨
- I feel I'm finally in a place where people will remember me when I'm gone. That isn't meant in a bad or uptight way, but one of my goals is for people to remember me by who I am and what I did in my life.
Okay I think that's enough. Just wanted to get that all out there. Forreal though I'm going to get a glass of red wine once I'm done with this... followed by coffee milk. 🍷☕️
