Me and my boyfriend talk less and less - is he losing interest?

i try every thing, I try to talk dirty, I tell him I miss him ,ask him questions but you don't want to feel like I'm up his ass all the time. he rarely calls me unless we have had a fight and he is trying to fix it. I don't know what to do:(. I just want to know if he cares about me or if he is loosing interest.

I hate to answer and question with a question but do you spend time with him and if so how much? Maybe if you see each other often enough he doesn't feel the need to talk all the time or if you have been in a relationship for awhile maybe there is just less to talk about. don't over think things and over complicate thing it will only make it harder on you. try staying busy with your friends and avoid having time to dwell on the lack of phone calls from him, this will also be good because it will give you stuff to talk about that he wasn't a part of and he will be interested in hearing what you have been up to. P.S. this may also leave him courious about who what when where and why.

We don't spend heaps of time together we spend a day a week if we can because he has work and I am still in school and he lives far away

Then it may be that the distance and the things keeping you apart are getting too much. You may just need to ask.

only be fearfull if he becomes secretive. I can say that many guys don't like to talk on the phone or text. And the harder that you push the subject of talking will just push him away. because he will start thinking that your needy. he probably does care about you. if you can hold a good conversation face to face then I wouldn't be worried. If he starts being quiet when you are face to face and can't hold a general conversation then I might get worried. and sometimes guys just don't want to talk. I my self sometimes find that I am not in the mood to talk.
