There are so many factors to losing and maintaining weight
Assuming you exercise regularly here, depends on what's your regular diet. Do you have a standard diet?
If yes for the standard diet then that also explains a weight plateau. Change diet to only fruits & vegetable for a day or two which will help the body understand a change in pattern and then get back to your normal diet.
Exercising also goes the same way, you stick to only one routine w/o variations, change will hit a plateau :)

girl me too! I'm 5'2" and 106 lbs. My friend is gluten and dairy free because of allergies and she said she's lost about 10 pounds from being on that diet. So I recently started to do the same diet (on top of being pescetarian too though) but only Mondays-Thursday and it's really not that hard to find food to eat, you just have to have good self control.
Just try and eat healthier, I'm 4'9 and a half and 112 pounds, I'm trying to get down to 95 pounds so I won't have extra weight on my joints

wtf 112 is NOT fat. you are a healthy weight as it is. 100 pounds at 5 foot 2 is just bones.
