Fried Chicken vs Grilled Chicken?

What's your favorite type of chicken? Do you like it fired up on the grill cooking in its own juices? (healthier) Or do you like it deep fried in oil? (less healthier)

I personally love both. I just find fried chicken too salty at times or too crunchy. I prefer my chicken grilled, seasoned with lime & herbs.

Fried chicken is the best. I know it's unhealthy, but can't resist it's taste. I really love KFC's extra crispy fried chicken. When I make fried chicken, I try to use the healthiest oil possible, usually one with a heart on it. Grilled chicken is OK, but nothing compared to fried.

depends what you are making. Chicken parm is good with fried. Fajitas are good grilled
