I am going swimming this Saturday at a party...?

Im going to a swim party at my friends house and i haven't expected to swim so soon, i want to tone my belly more and my thighs before this happens. I want to lose like 5 pounds if i can, or maybe just start crunches everyday. Please give me tips quickly. Thank you.

P.S. If possible, list a diet plan to help?
