I exercise a lot, and I always follow the same schedule every time.
Here is my schedule to lose weight fast.
5 min warm up and stretch
10 min running on treadmill at comfortable-fast speed
Skipping 5 minutes normal
Skipping rope 2 1/2 minutes right foot
Skipping rope 2 1/2 minutes left foot
3 minute break
If there is a 50 meter lane
10 sprints there and back
2 minute break
10 sprints there and back
2 minute break
10 sprints there and back
2 minute break
Total: around 40 minutes

20 minutes for conditioning, because after that you start burning off muscle instead of fat.

an hour is good depending on the intesity. An hour might be too much if your doing hardcore interval training. Combine that with eating 5-6 small, healthy meals a day about 3 hours apart each, and that should do the trick

At LEAST 30s minutes daily, if it is difficult start with walking daily using up the 30mins to walk make sure you take up 5 minutes to stretch so then it would be a 25 minute walk. You should do this for at least 2 weeks to get used to constant motion and its cardio so it's good for your heart. Then move into a little more challenging work outs I wouldn't recommend doing too hard of moves. You can work out ALL you want but if you don't eat well then you are wasting your time and energy. Remember that :) Just keep yourself motivated, healthy and positive. :D Good luck.
Check out crossfit. It's high intensity and it lasts usually for about half an hour. Pretty short workouts. I go to a gym three times a week and the workouts we do pretty much classifies as crossfit. I love it. You gain good strength from it as well
The thing about losing weight is there its really a time limit you could go as long as your body allows you but you need to make sure you dont burn yourself out or work so hard that it takes you 2-3 days to recover
I've lost over 6kg in a month and i go gym in the morning a 6 days a week and run at night 6 days a week, I eat only unprocessed food:)
Well, that depends on you.
You don't want to overdo it... It varies on an individual basis and what type of exercise you're doing.Intensity is more important than the duration.
However 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins other parts will do fine.
Diet is most important things in loosing or gaining weight.
Try to take much of liquid food.40 minutes to an hour is plenty. Intensity is more important than time.
If you workout too often you will burn out at some point.Do what you can handle. It's mostly about high intensity and eating less.
Its not time that matters. You need to know what your doing. You can be in the gym for an hour but have gotten a less effect workout than someone there for half the time but knows what they are doing.
