I do my typical ab workouts and squatting in 15 minutes minus cardio! Since im not spending like 1 hour doing my ab workouts, leg workouts, etc can i do them like 6 days a week?
If it's only 15 minutes per day and I'm assuming you're using light weights or no weights at all for your squats, then why not do 7 days?

If you literally only do 15 minutes a day that nothing you can do that everyday.
you can do cardio daily, but strength training should be done every second day (or less)
That's fine. Shouldn't over stress but the truth is it may yield little results

to be honest, if you're only spending 15 minutes a day you are wasting your time. Spend at least 40 minutes.
If the part of your body you're wanting to exercise isn't sore, then go for it.
