Wake up, weight train while drinking water and protein shake then eat a protein heavy breakfast, later, a protein bar with shake for snack, protein heavy lunch, then protein heavy dinner and if you can, weight train again, then bed and sleep WELL. Wake up and repeat.

You won't get a six pack unless you cut and get down to about 8% body fat. You have to get really lean. You'll lose some weight and size while cutting. It's just part of the deal.
Try drinking protein shakes and eating protein bars. Then lift weights , but start slow. Don't strain yourself hun
