Okay first off I'd like to say you don't need to lose weight at all! all you need to do is tone. You'll achieve a thinner frame but your weight will only increase from the muscle. Not a great deal of weight gain though so don't be afraid lol! I'd suggest simple exercises like pushups. As for your stomach you could do sets of crunches, sit ups and planking. once your body is able to preform these easily add more reps and incorporate bringing your knee up to your stomach while in a planking position. First on your left than your right and repeat. I hope this helps a bit!

I'm not sure if it's helpful to everyone.
My mom started this diet some time ago. It consist of eating anything you like until 12 pm, then eating ordinary dinner and finally having last meal at 6 pm. She lost about 20 lb in only 5 months or such. You'll lose the fat and with exercising it will help you get in shape.
You can't lose weight and gain muscle at the same time.
And that's probably the biggest reason so many women fail to keep with their exercise routines. They're gaining muscle, burning fat, and their weight stays the same or increases, so they give up, because they're so utterly focused on a stupid f*cking number.
you want to lose weight.
you want bigger arms.
pick one. unless you are under 5 feet tall 129 lbs is perfectly fine for a girl who doesn't have a naturally skinny build, and if you do plan on adding muscle you will see your weight increasing.
