Exercise and a healthy died is honestly the only way..
Go to your GP and ask for the sheets of healthy eating... Which will contain foods, snacks, meals, what not to eat...
Also go to ur local gym and ask for a work out plan... Now not saying you need to do it in the gym, but u can at home, in privacy.. Also I recommend taking a before picture.. It will help u achieve your desired goals...
Pick up a pair of trainers nd try your hand at walking, den ease urslf into running..
Walking 3 minutes... running 3 minutes... and repeat is also very good.. There's apps on a smart phone u can exercise from too..
I know it sounds hard, and will be.. But will really pay off..
Switch tea to green tea and fizzy drinks to water...

There is no healthy way to lose weight quickly. Eat healthy and low calorie and excercise as much as possible (within reason). It'll take a few weeks to see results. Take your measurements every 4 weeks and monitor your progress.
Well you can always start your morning with a good jog and build up a good sweat which is a sign that you are burning up carbs then secondly lower your intake on food eg in the morning have a light breakfast eg a sandwich or probably cereal or you know something light to eat then at lunch you can eat normally but stay away from the fried foods in the evening for dinner again eat light you can also take another jog in the evening when its cool just make sure to build a good sweat also stay away from soft drinks if you need to drink something go for a fruit punch or even water but stay away from soft drinks , hope my little advice works
Water fasting, but it has to be in an environment of total rest preferably under the supervision of a doctor. Otherwise, it came on slowly and that is how it has to come off. Any quicker and your body will resist the loss causing a huge hunger, reduced activity, and muscle loss further slowing your weight loss. Your body is a dick like that.

You don't. 2 kg a month is tje tops you can lose in healthy way. If you are inacuatommed to exercise you'll even gain a little becouse of muscle gain. Get some exercise. crossfit is great but not for those who are out of shape. Walking/ jogging is great for basic wndurance. Trx for muscle tone. Count your calories and aim for daily deficit of 2000kj/500kcal but no more
"Fast" doesn't exist when losing weight. If it did, everyone would be skinny. It takes hard work and commitment. Start by eating healthy as possible, limit bread and dairy besides milk and do cardio. And stick with it. People lose weight differently and genetics have a big role. But you'll see results eventually.

Your goal shouldn't be to lose weight fast, it should be to lose weight properly.Try walking, running or jogging for 30 minutes each day.
