How to lose weight fast without going back to my old weight?

I workout everydays and do at least 30 minutes of cardio. I eat healthy and sometimes I take a cheat meal. After 3 month of it, I saw bug changes. i lost 25 pounds. I used to weight 145 and now 125. After a few days, I started eating a bit of junk food, like cupcakes and cookies, and now I weight 134. I am not proud of my weight now cause I feel like I am going back to my old weight. I worked so hard on my body, and sometimes I want to enjoy small things like desserts. But my weight goes up and down. Its almost winter and I can't run anymore and can't pay for gym or clubs and sometimes I don't have time, like I used to have time at summer. I want to eat junk food and eat healthy, but I want to keep my body slim and fit. Is there other ways than diet and workout, like special nutriment, objects, etc that works and cost not to much? Please help!
