Arms- pull ups or buy some pars and do bicep curls (push ups don't work they focus on pectorials)
Stomach- sit ups work well or lie on your back with both hands under your bottom and swing both legs at the same time up so they are pointing at the ceiling. Also planking in a push up position works well but is tiring and boring
Legs- go into a seated position against a wall with your back straight. Or go running since that will increase your stamina
If you are willing to spend money buy a towering machine that works on all muscles in the body and is great for losing body fat

No, there's no such as toning. There's two things you can do, and that's gain muscle and/or lose fat. I suggest you engage in heavy compound movement, (Bench Press, Deadlift, Squats) with a high protein diet to gain muscle and engage in cardio and/or a caloric deficit to lose fat. Together you'll be able to 'tone' your arms and stomach. The trick is to get all of your protein (1 gram per pound of bodyweight) and still be in caloric defiicit (see calorie calculator: https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html)
