I am a 6 ft woman, and weigh around 212 pounds. I carry most of it in my legs, butt, and back of my arms though.. for some reason my stomach and face have remained not much changed from weight gain. I have always done volleyball my whole life and though I am naturally built a little bigger, when I was 187 my senior year of high school I looked pretty good. I was thick but toned, and I liked that. I don't feel the need to be thin, I just want to lose a little weight. The probably now is that I am 20, I love food, and since my volleyball career ended this past year at junior college I do not have as much physical activity as I used to. Any advice on eating healthier but not in a crazy way? I want to lose about 10 to 25 lbs to feel better about myself, even though I still am proud of who I am, and my boyfriend loves my curves.
Definitely start paying attention to sodium, there is so much of it in everything practically it can be shocking how much we are consuming. Also make sure you are getting fiber in your diet and eat more protein for breakfast. Also try to eliminate white sugar from your diet.

Fastest thing to do is to reduce the amount of sodium you consume. Then watch the sugar in your foods.
Damn you sound hot, your bf's right.
