I heard working out, but I've done that for about a year and I was 120 but I was still picked on because I looked anorexic...
Please help me out here...
Just to add one more comment on this... People's bodies are kind of pre programmed to store weight in certain places. But this tends to shift around, especially if you go through a few cycles of gaining, losing, gaining, losing...
Really, 120lbs. isn't that much. You might want to experiment with going heavier. See what happens if you get to 140-150, even if it's just giving you a belly at first. You might discover you suddenly hit a point where everything else starts filling out. And you might also find that doing this and then losing some, and gaining a bit back gets you the look you're after.
eat right and weight train! You won't get bulky, but you will get sexy as f*ck!

I'm really sad you feel like that. Let me tell you though, it's a sad truth, but no matter what size you are, womens bodies are always being judged.
Honestly, until you love yourself, you can put on whatever weight you want, but you won't be happy.
Also, you can't be oblivious to the girls that practically starve themselves to look like you!
Next time somebody says something, just call them fat and look at their stomachs and laugh, make them feel self conscious instead.
Do it for you, not others. You need to actually work out consistently to tone your stomach. You also don't get to choose where the weight goes.
To gain weight, eat more calories.

Try to take lean proteins along with working out

I prefer thicker women. Try going to gnc and talking to the guys there. A lot of them know what they are talking about. They'll more than likely have something to help you gain mass evenly without just jacking muscles up.
