Cardiovascular exercise that works out waist?

I am doing these dancing workouts that work your waist but I don't feel like there working much bc I have to left feet. What are cardiovascular exercises I can do that target the waist area more than the but. I don't want my butt to shrink that much. I know you can't spot but there are exercises that direct one area more. Like how the dancing videos were more for the waist

Any waist exercise doesn't have to be cardio just something that gets the heart pumping and lose weight
