One of my friends had very awful periods like that every 2 weeks, so to prevent it the doctor advised her to go on the pill :) It meant that her periods were only every 2 months and they were also a great deal lighter and somewhat less painful for her. Similarly since I started taking the pill my periods have gone from once every 5 weeks to once every three months, and they were once very heavy but now practically nothing is there.
So taking the pill is a possibility, but of course if you dont want to be temporarily infertile thats not the best idea :(
I would definitely consider seeing a doctor though, if the pain is that bad :(

It was worse when I was younger.
When I was 14... I would lay there unable to move and I would throw up at times.
My periods are still pretty bad and heavy but I deal with them better.
I guess I am used to them now.
My periods last for a full 7 days, 4 of which are very heavy and cause me abdominal pain.
We are girls/women... our bodies are equipped to handle this.
Your body has a well way of regulating things and making them less severe over time.
But if its that bad... see a doctor like some other users suggested.

You need to see a doctor. That's not normal.. You could be clotting which can cause the pain as your body tries to push it out (It looks like a bloody chunk of like clag or something lol) Or there could be something more serious. I have very bad periods like this because I have PCOS - something that needs to be treated ASAP or just gets so much worse and you will need all kinds of tests and internal ultrasounds, etc. GO TO YOUR DOCTOR!!!
thats weird... go see a doctor
