Nope, no specific exercises, but the ones that help most are the ones that burn the most calories. Getting a flat stomach is all about losing fat so a good healthy diet and some exercise. Just make sure you're using about 300-400 calories more than your intake is.

Lie down and put a brick on it.
Use your stomach muscles to lift the brick up and down.
Getting a flat stomach is mostly about nutrition, but running helps. If you are doing lower body exercises that helps, because you need to stabilize your core for those. Hanging leg raise, roman twist, and different variations on planks as well

Well I don't know if I just am lucky or what but I just do some reverse crunches, push ups, and bicycles. I think I'm missing something else I do... I can't remember. If I do those they always work for me. Some people may have to do different stuff idk.
The average person has to lose the fat from the rest of their body before the body eats away from the fat on their abdomen. You can do all the situps and crunches you want you'll just look more fat because you build muscle under your fat but your body most likely will not eat away the fat on your abdomen if you still have fat elsewhere.
There is no such thing as spot reduction i cannot stress this enough. If you train a certain body part it does not remove fat from that area. The body removes fat overall with the stomach, butt and thighs being the most stubborn. So the good thing is any excercise helps lose fat, the downside is you'll see results in other places before you start seeing them on your stomach.
