Weight training for women is actually really good. Girls always think that they'll get bulky but in reality, you have a fraction of testosterone in your body as opposed to males, so it'll take years of super hardcore lifting for a girl to look bulky or manly. The benefit to weight training is that throughout your daily life you'll be burning a lot more calories since your muscles get pounded on a few days a week and need to repair. This means better fat loss! And a better physique in general. And plus, fit guys love a girl who can throw around some weights :)
