I binge eat. Its automatic and I'm not sure how to control something so instinctual. I crave almost all the time
No, it's not automatic. You have control over your own body and your own actions. Simply don't eat. Stop yourself from eating. You crave because you don't have any boundaries. Once you set some boundaries and get used to them, you'll start craving less. And don't use food as emotional support. Find it elsewhere, like in friends/family.
