Almost every body builder would give me crap for this, by any exercise involving mass building for legs, with the exception of deadlifts. My legs are naturally huge. On the few occasions I hit the weights at the gym, I only target shoulders, traps, biceps, and triceps with a little chest. I also enjoy doing lat pull-downs. The reason being is that I want my arms and upper body to be just as massive as my legs, which I do nothing to besides run on occasion and play pick-up basketball.
I'm envious of those stacked body builders that walk around with tiny calves and perfect golden ratio up top. If my legs weren't so big I'd be close to looking like those guys, minus all the fat covering my gains :P

I hate push-ups I would rather do pull-ups and I also don't like the treadmill I would rather run around the lake. I like lifting, squats, and lunges.

I run 3 miles nearly everyday, Monday through friday, & hate it. But I do it because it keeps me fit & healthy. Muscle endurance & weights training never bother me.
There are so many exercises out there. I do exercise but only do the well-known ones. But one of those that i never do is Sit ups.
