Am I too fat for him?

ok so me and my boyfriend have been together for quite sometime now and he has never said anything to suggest that he thinks I am "fat" or "over weight" but I can't help thinking I am too big for him. he is 16 and almost 6' and weighs around 140 while I am 14, about 5'2" and weigh a whopping 160ish. it really bothers me because he is 2 years older and way taller but looks so much skinnier than me. I know its stupid but I really feel ginormous compared to him. is it just me? am I too big for him? also does anyone know any tips for me to lose weight in a fast but healthy way? I don't want to starve myself but I want to lose weight as fast as possible. any help would be greatly appreciated!

Honestly, you're only 14 and you may still gain or lose weight. I lost weight two years ago over the summer(when I was 14) without really doing ANYTHING.

I don't think you're "too big" for him. It obviously doesn't bother him. And I know you may just want to lose weight for yourself (because I know I do). But I also know what it's like dating a skinny guy. I'm 5'4" about 145 and my boyfriend is 6'1" and weighs the same as me.

I'd say the best way to lose weight is eat smaller portions, or you can eat five small meals a day. Also cutting out any fatty foods/junk foods helps. But enjoy them once in a while. And maybe walk around your neighborhood once a day.

Oh, and your boyfriend definitely sees something in you. He doesn't care what you look like.

youre probably not done growing yet and your body is still changing. don't worry about it. guys can pick up on those insecurities. be confident in yourself. most people don't even notice or care .. diet and exercise... and Broccoli!

it only matters how you and him feel; not the general public.

diet and exercise is the best way to get in shape. expend more calories than you consume, that's how it works.

Since your 14 your still growing and body will change. don't get too self conscious. If he didn't say anything then it not bothering him. If it still bothering you then try to eat right and exericse from time to time. Just be healthy.
