There really isn't any sure-fire ways to increase your height. The best thing I can recommend is to stretch daily and maintain good posture. Aside from that, height is determined largely by genetics, but having a good diet rich in necessary vitamins and getting lots of sleep can help you grow as much as your body will allow.

The tall ones I know usually were found reading prone on the sofa throughout their Jr/Sr High school years, packing down the daily products like ice cream, milk.
Once you're done growing you can't. It's not medically possible.

Once you stop growing there isn't really much you can do naturally unless implants and cyborg stuff xD
sleeping actually, believe it or not. you're tallest in the morning and shorter as the day goes on
Well I ate like a horse till 16 and ended up chubby yet tall, then cut back off all the chubb to leave me lean and tall. Gotta plan ahead you see ;)
