You ever afraid that your cooking might make someone sick?
I only cook for myself because I don't want to feel bad about making my loved ones sick.
I don't worry because I practice my cooking and cook with good sanitation habits. I wash my hands/arms up to the elbows, pull my hair back (which is really important because my hair falls to about halfway down my tushie), wash all pans and utensils before cooking, use very fresh ingredients (especially dairy, meat, fish, poultry, and eggs), and remember to clean everything that has touched raw eggs or meat before using it again. I also make sure that my food is hot enough while cooking to kill any germs. :)
Never.
Wash your hands often,
cook meat through if you want to be sure
and buy fresh ingredients and wash them.
So nothing can go wrong if you do the things above.

No! I know how to cook and check if my ingredients are still good. I'm worried that they won't like the taste :)
