I'll do some weights rarely as needed just to firm up and maintain, but in general I don't do much weight training. Probably works out to be 1-2months out of the year.
Why? because I like to look good.
I do however run allot, 17km a day. 10km in the morning and 7km in the evening; everyday including weekends; this goes up to 20km in the winter but it's less physical.
Why? Because I have a sibe and she'll destroy my couch if I ignore her physical needs; she's a bitch if neglected but otherwise she's an angel.

I lift weights 5-6 days a week. It just keeps me busy. Some days I do heavy sets of weights and other days I do light sets and sometimes in the middle as well. It's mainly casual with me. I'm already pretty thin so I don't need to be doing lots of cardio or anything although it is fun sometimes.
Yes I work out and I run.. and more importantly I keep a healthy diet! Because it's healthy and because I love a nice figure... I also like my boyfriend's eyes not to wander off too much.. and if they do, he can think "my gf's better! :D! 👽
I go for runs, walks, hikes and swims. I don't do any "organised" exercise like classes or the gym though. Just outdoorsy physical activities :)

Yes. I work out in the gym twice a week, and I'm in martial arts twice a week. I do it because it keeps me moving and active. I'm 35 and still very young, but I can already tell a few changes in my body that working out helps keep at bay. :)
I do a lot. I run, bike, strength trian, lift weights and all that fun stuff. Always trying to be faster stronger, why? Because it will be a life long goal it makes me feel better health wise to live life to the fullest and makes me feel better about myself as well.
gym, keep healthy and see that I finally grow some muscles and don't look like a kid anymore, bodywise.
