Getting a flat stomach and destroy muffin top workouts?

My stomach is big after i get home from school. i want to flatten and burn all fat from my stomach (low) and my muffin top. when i stand straight, its perfect, when i stand straight and let all my oxygen out, it makes a big blump. When i sit, there's a line across my belly button and there's fat. what workouts could i do to get rid of all of this? I drink detox water everyday (Lemon slices with cold water) and i workout on thighs, arms, waist, butt, stomach and muffintop everyday. every workout i do was fine for all except for my stomach and muffintop.

what are some intense but short workouts? i like to rush and not waste time. so i use 5 minute workouts (in total of my workout time is 30 minutes to an hour after school plus the physical activities i do in school (45 minutes) )
